CGM only recommends Grade A properties to prospective purchasers.

Just short of ninety percent of one hundred and eighteen of the 127 properties at Clifden Glen are classified as Grade A. See below for an explanation of the difference between Grade A and Grade B.

Grade "B" Properties

The following properties - 1, 2, 4, 12, 44, 69, 85, 93, and 111 - have limited rights in relation to the management company, do not own their parking space and driveway or the lands surrounding the footprint of their lodge and do not have an independent management agreement or Deed of Easement. These owners are also not shareholders in CGM.

The above 77 lodges and 41 cottages are:

1) owned or designated to shareholders in the not-for-profit site management company, Clifden Glen Management (2005) Plc (or "CGM") and have a democratic say in the running of the site and company which owns all facilities at Clifden Glen including the Club House and almost 200 acres of land. 3) are shareholders in Clifden Glen Management (2005) Plc;

4) have the benefit of a Deed of Easement in relation to site access and site services;

and
