From: Gerry Murphy, Chairman As you know the Annual General Meeting of Clifden Glen Management (2005) Limited was held on Saturday at Clifden Glen. I believe the Meeting was most positive and draft Minutes will be circulated to all Shareholders by the end of this week.
I was very pleased that there was an increase in the number of Shareholders present at this years’ AGM and I would like to thank all of those owners who attended and participated. Many valuable suggestions were made by shareholders attending and the board is grateful for these suggestions which we will study and implement if it is appropriate to do so. I would also like to thank Eamon Smyth (number 98) who very kindly offered after the meeting to improve the gate at the walk bridge free of charge. CGM’s 2010 Report and Accounts are now available online at www.clifdenglen.net as is the 2011 Insurance Policy. The new Site By Laws which were passed at the AGM will be available to download on the web site soon. Next years’ AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Saturday 5th May 2012. Gerry Murphy, Chairman
