Circular 179 / 18.09.08 / Review of Site Operations

In our continued efforts to manage the site at Clifden Glen in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, the Board of CGM recently reviewed the current management and maintenance structure with a view to maximising service levels within the budget available to the Company. The Board has now agreed that it is necessary to restructure operations at Clifden Glen in order to improve current service levels to owners and guests at Clifden Glen.

As a first step towards implementing a new structure it was agreed at a Meeting of the Board of Directors held on Tuesday 16 September 2008 to appoint Annette Lindsay as General Manager of Clifden Glen Management (2005) Plc with effect from 1 October 2008. Annette is currently our Administration Manager and in addition to the duties currently carried out by Annette in that role (as set out in Circular 145), Annette will become responsible for the management of general site operations and will have a more ‘hands-on’ role in relation to the supervision of service providers at Clifden Glen and the implementation of controls to ensure that Clifden Glen is operated to the Company’s required standards.
