CGM, on behalf of its shareholders, is striving to run the site at Clifden Glen in the most efficient and professional way possible. We are aware that from time to time owners may raise certain issues or concerns in relation to their property and/or the running of the site. We hope that most concerns or issues can be dealt with simply and speedily on site by notifying the site management company, Clifden Glen Services. If however you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved or handled to your satisfaction you may wish to make a formal complaint to your Administration Manager, Annette Lindsay, who will deal with the matter on your behalf.

We would like to assure you as shareholders of the Company that any complaint or issue raised by property owners in relation to the running of the site at Clifden Glen will be treated most seriously. The provision of a quality service by both CGM and Clifden Glen Services to the shareholders and owners at Clifden Glen is of upmost importance and we would like to assure you that as a shareholder of the Company your complaint will be treated with our immediate attention.
