Circular 174 / 6.3.2008 / Long Term Tenants

CGM is aware that a number of properties at Clifden Glen are now let on a long-term basis rather than as holiday homes. In order to look after the interests of all owners and the site CGM hereby requests that owners letting their property on a long-term basis provide CGM with the names and contact details of their tenants. In addition owners with long-term tenants must ensure that:

- Tenants observe and abide by the rules of the site.

- Tenants only use the car parking space made available to their property and do not park cars in driveways of neighbouring properties.

- Tenants are informed of the location of refuse collection areas and that all refuse is disposed of in the correct manner and in the appropriate bins provided.
