Circular 171 / 19.06.07 / House Painting Programme

Further to circular 166 posted on 27.04.07, CGM can confirm that following our AGM on 2 June a lottery took place to determine the 20 Lodges that would be included in the 2007 external painting programme.

CGM can confirm that only 26 of the remaining 35 unpainted Lodges qualified for inclusion in the draw on the basis of Management Charges being paid up to date. The Lodge numbers drawn (in order of draw) are as follows:

- 68, 75, 54, 79, 48, 80, 78, 72, 61, 77, 71, 57, 58, 69, 49, 73, 67, 83, 53 and 70.

Painting of the above Lodges will be commence after the summer letting season provided CGM is in funds to do so and the relevant owners have paid their management fees up to date including the second moiety.

Painting of the remaining Lodges (excluding properties where management fees are not paid up to date) will commence in Spring 2008.
