Circular 170 / 19.5.07 / Sales Campaign 2007

Sherry FitzGerald Kavanagh will be launching our formal 2007 Lodge and Cottage sales campaign over the June bank holiday weekend. In advance press advertising will run in national press and Lodge number 40 will be open as a show house over the June bank holiday weekend.

We cannot entertain a repeat of the situation we had last year where sales were agreed but then the vendor's solicitors were unable to issue contracts within a reasonable timeframe and sales fell through. THEREFORE, Sherry FitzGerald Kavanagh will only be offering properties for sale WHERE they have a letter from the vendor's solicitor confirming the following:

- the footprint of the property is registered to the vendor;
- the garden site is registered to the vendor;
- the vendor is a shareholder in CGM;
- the vendor's solicitor confirms they are in a position to issue a contract as soon as a sale is agreed.

If you wish to sell a property through Sherry FitzGerald Kavanagh in this forthcoming sales campaign then please organise to provide the above described confirmation directly in writing to:

SFK has a list of properties for sale based on those owners who paid advance advertising fees in 2006 but will only be offering for sale properties who comply with the requirements of this circular.
