Circular 168 / 27.04.07 / Construction Insurance CGM has insurance in place covering the buildings and contents of all properties on the Clifden Glen site. CGM will not be responsible for insuring independent contractors during the construction phase or extension of properties. CGM will not pursue any claim against its insurance policy in cases of
faulty workmanship or structural damage to any extension or alteration
and it is the responsibility of individual owners to consider any insurance
requirements (including that of the building contractor) relating to the
