Circular 166 / 27.04.07 / House Painting Programme To date CGM has funded the external painting of 48 of the 83 Lodges at Clifden Glen. The cost is €1,800 per Lodge. This means CGM has paid €86,500 over the last two years on external painting of Lodges. Some owners made advance payment of management fees to fund advancing the painting programme in their case. CGM will be in funds to paint a further 20 houses in 2007 and the remaining 15 houses will be painted in Spring 2008 (subject to management fees being paid up to date). We will begin painting the Cottages in 2009. In order to improve the look of all Lodges we will be painting ALL the remaining chimneys in 2007. In order to make the selection of the next 20 Lodges to be externally painted fair to all owners CGM proposes to hold a 'draw' at the AGM whereby the numbers of the 35 unpainted houses will be put into a hat and 20 will be drawn for the 2007 programme. Owners whose management fees are not paid up to date will be excluded from the draw. The numbers of 35 unpainted Lodges are as follows: 1, 2, 12, 24, 44,
48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70,
