Circular 165 / 30.3.2007 / Oak Partnership Probate

RELEVANT TO OAK PARTNERS ONLY

We have been advised that the final Oak Partnership Probate which is outstanding on Lodge 35 is unlikely to be completed before the end of May 2007. Two separate probabes were required to be completed in relation to the property. The probate relating to the earlier death has been completed. The second probate is continuing to receive attention.

All this means that Oak properties cannot be part of the proposed sales launch at the June bank holiday weekend.

The Oak partnership Lodges are: 14, 16, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 39, 40. Six lodges in Oak - 14, 16, 32, 33, 34, 39 - have all signed contracts to exit and await the probate described above. .

We would like to thank the family of the deceased partner who we know are doing all they can to expedite matters.
