If you are selling your property at Clifden Glen it is important that you notify CGM of the purchasers details as soon as contracts have been signed. This will enable CGM to ensure that:

- our owner database is kept up to date;
- future Management Charges are billed to the new owner and not you;
- the transfer of your shares in the Management Company to the new owner is processed and recorded on the share register, if appropriate;
- we can arrange meter readings for ESB and provide new owners with ESB Account forms, if required.

Please send details of your solicitor, the purchasers solicitor (if known), proposed completion date and the name and address of the purchaser by POST to:
