Circular 161 / 11.3.2007 / Board Elections 2007 The AGM of Clifden Glen Management (2005) Plc will take place in Clifden Glen on 2nd June 2007 at mid day. Under the company's rules two directors retire each year and offer themselves for re-election. Last year Gerry Murphy and Michelle Gleeson retired by rotation, offered themselves for election and were re-elected. This year Walter Hendrickx and John Costello are retiring by rotation and are offering themselves for re-election. If any other shareholder wishes to run for election please can they email their details and a short paragraph that can be included in the AGM paperwork which will be posted to all shareholders.
