Circular 159 / 28.2.2007 / SCI Lettings 2006 To: All LODGE owners (particularly those who let their property through SCI in 2006) We are today (27.2.2007) in receipt of net rental income from SCI for the period July to December 2006 amounting to just over €40,000. In order to distribute this income CGM is now carrying out an analysis of bookings for that period in order to determine what houses were used etc. Once this analysis is complete we will forward payment to relevant owners together with ESB charges collected from guests. We have already distributed income for the period Jan to June 2006. CGM will no longer deal with distribution of SCI rentals as from 1.1.2007
as all rental agreements are DIRECTLY between owners and SCI (or direct
