Circular 156 / 10.9.2006 / Lodge Partnership Exit Update

This circular updates and replaces Circular 148. A total of 48 Lodges have now exited their Partnerships. A small number are still in the exit process marked in red below. Lodges marked in blue are owned by non-shareholders in CGM. Of the 127 residences at Clifden Glen 110 are owned by shareholders. The Lodge Partnerships now stand as follows:

As there is only property - number 31 - there is, de facto, no longer a partnership.

Cottages numbered 94 to 105 inclusive. This partnership comprises 12 cottages and it is being dissolved by John Shiel Solicitors at the request of the partners.
