NOTICEBOARD

Circular 150 / 8.8.2006 / TV Licence and Cable TV possibility

TV Licence

As advised on Circular 65 in July 2005 all TV licences are the responsibility of owners or designated partners and are not paid under the management fee.

As you may know there is a countrywide campaign on to collect TV licences from holiday homes. The Licence authority has been given the names and addresses of all owners.

A small number of properties do not have a TV in place so obviously in that case they are not liable for TV licence charges.

Satellite

CGM is still awaiting a technical proposal on the cabling of a Satellite TV service to all properties.
