Circular 123 / 4.3.2006 / Purchase of Surrounding "Garden" Sites

The deeds to transfer the surrounding "Lodge" garden sites purchased by shareholders were forwarded to shareholders some months ago and 67 of the 68 deeds have been returned to GMB. These deeds have yet to be lodged in the Land Registry as GMB is awaiting the return of 3 land certificates that were issued to cottage owners which are required before the Land Registry will approve the overall scheme map for Clifden Glen. Eileen O'Gorman in GMB is doing all she can to recover the three land certificates and we have the cooperation of the three owners concerned.

As soon as these three certificates are returned to the Land Registry it will be possible to register the 67 new owners of the Lodge garden sites.

The deeds for the cottage "garden" sites will not be sent out until the rectified scheme map can be attached which is obviously dependent on the recovery of the three land certificates.

CGM is targeting to have this matter completed before Easter,

This is the only remaining "legal" issue to be resolved and thankfully resolution is imminent.
