A substantial number of Lodge partnership exits (approximately 40) are going through at present.

All partners who propose to exit need to check circular 114 at www.clifdenglen.net immediately to ensure they are on the list. Click here to go direct to Circular 114.

New Lodge and Cottage sales prices (AMVs) at Clifden Glen will be included when the Annual Report is being distributed. Shareholders will receive CGM's Annual Report with enclosures - including the proposed AMVs from Sherry FitzGerald Kavanagh - by post in very early March 2006.

The Annual Report mailing will include all you need to know and do if you wish to sell your property. You do not have to do anything about selling at this stage. Wait until you get the Annual Report communication. However, you DO NEED to check circular 114 NOW if you intend to exit before selling your property.

A substantial sales campaign with up to 20 Lodges for sale begins immediately after Easter.
