Circular 118 Update / 12.2.2006 / General Update We now have 32 Lodges painted (click here to see circular 112 on the notice board). A further 5 lodges are in the process of being painted. Planting and Landscaping We have just ordered 200 trees (1.2m+) and 500 small (0.2m) and these will be planted within 3 weeks. AGM / Annual Report / Audit The audit for the year ending 31.12.2005 is now completed by FGS. The Annual Report for 2005 will be posted at the end of February to all shareholders and the AGM will be held as already advised on 25th March 2006 in Lynch's Green Isle Hotel at 2.00pm. If you are not going to attend PLEASE complete the PROXY form and make sure your voice is heard. Children's Playground Ground work starts next week and the new playground will be completed by the end of March. Estate Development Plan Taylor Architects in Castlebar are working in the plan which will take some months to complete. Partnership Exits Just over 30 partners are exiting their partnerships at present. Management Fees Please pay your management fees (if you have not). We need the fees to keep up our renewal momentum. Re-launch at Easter / Sales Programme The board meet on 20.2.2006 and amongst many matters will decide on which
estate agency to appoint as our preferred estate agent. Self Catering Ireland SCI needs to know how many lodges will be available for the 2006 season. This is vital as so many lodges are expected to be put up for sale.
