Site Visit Meetings

Gerry Murphy visited Clifden Glen on Thursday 5th January 2006 to meet:

- Clifden Glen Services (review with Christine Folan)
- Taylor Architects (re 5 year development plan)
- Go Play (to finalise the new childrens playground)

All meetings were very successful.

Playground

The deposit was paid on the Playground which will be in place by 25th March 2006. The total cost will be approximately €25,000. The new playground will be located beside the rather lonesome swing we currently have!

Chimney

All chimneys need to be cleaned. CGM has requested CGS to organise this asap. It will be covered under the 2006 management fee.

Overall Site Appearance

Even now in the middle of Winter the place looks well. The entrance (which cost €50,000) is finished, all roads have been repaired and over 20 lodges have been repainted (costing €50,000). Christine Folan is doing a great job.

Exits

KMB and GMB will finalise who is exiting this coming week. These exits will have to be at least contracted before we begin our sales campaign.

Sales (from April)

If you wish to sell after Easter you need to ensure all title issues in relation to your property as in order. The proposed 2006 sales price will be discussed at the AGM on 25th March 2006. All owners who are selling will have to contribute to the cost of the adverting on a pro-rata basis. If you can't wait for the AGM and want to discuss the price that might be achieved you can ring Gerry Murphy at 086 2563 813!

Management Fees 2005

If you have not done so already PLEASE pay your 2005 management charge.

CGM Management time: 10 hours including train travel from Dublin.
