The second Annual General Meeting of Clifden Glen Management (2005) Plc to:

- approve the minutes of the previous AGM
- approve the financial accounts to 31.12.2005
- appoint the auditors going forward
- consider the future development on the site (Taylor Architects proposals)
- consider other resolutions (yet to be proposed)
- consider any other business

will take place on Saturday 25th March 2006 at the Red Cow Hotel off the M50.

The meeting will begin at 2.00pm.
