Circular 113 / 15.12.2005 / Lodge Lettings 2006. Are you continuing to let?

A number of the 13 purchasers are taking their Lodges private and they will not be available to SCI from now on.

In 2005 there were 50 upgraded Lodges available. In 2006 there are clearly going to be less. This should increase the overall yield per Lodge in 2006.

SCI need to know urgently if a Lodge is being withdrawn from the letting scheme.

PLEASE email team@clifdenglen.net if you are WITHDRAWING your property from the letting scheme.
