Circular 143 / 15.5.2006 / ESB Monies collected for 26 Lodges.

CGS have collected ESB monies from people staying in the following Lodges:

- 9, 11, 22, 27, 31, 32, 36, 41, 49, 50, 51, 55, 56, 59, 60, 63, 65, 68, 70, 71, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and 82

It amounts to €2,028.66 in total. Click here to download the spread sheet of all monies collected.

CGS has remitted these monies to CGM and we will apply these payments to individual owners management fee account with CGM.

If you are paying by standing order we will look at carrying out a reconciliation at the year end but it is not practical for CGM to start sending out multiple cheques for small amounts at this stage.

It is also possible that your Lodge has been used for letting based on the fact that it was available last year as CGS were not advised of the actual Lodges available to SCI in 2006. CGS has now sought precise clarification on which Lodges are available.

CGM has already asked SCI to provide an income by Lodge statement for 2006 which should allow us to ensure that if your Lodge was used by SCI clients you will receive the net income in due course.,
