Circular 142 / 15.5.2006 / Cottage Letting Web Site launched

CGM has today launched a Cottage holiday letting web site at www.clifdenglen.com. This is the domain name we recovered last year from a cyber squatter.

Self Catering Ireland currently offers a letting service for Lodge owners but were unable to offer a similar service for Cottage owners. In these circumstances CGM has launched this new service for Cottage owners.

A press advertising campaign will begin on 17th May 2006 promoting Cottage lettings.

This Cottage letting service will be made available firstly to those Cottage owners who are shareholders and were guaranteed rents by the previous management company and require to operate as an aparthotel under arrangements entered into before the formation of CGM.

If it is successful the letting service will be made available to other Cottage owners. Cottages who do not reach 3 star standard will not be let.

Cottage letting income will be set against shareholders' "guaranteed rents" first and then other aparthotel owners whose Cottages are up to standard.
