Lodge Lettings / Urgent request from SCI

SCI were letting 50 Lodges during the peak holiday season last year at Clifden Glen. The peak season is the last two weeks of July and the first two in August.

This year c. 15 Lodge owners have formally advised SCI that they are prepared to let their properties. SCI advise they are capable of letting up to 50 Lodges in "peak" 2006 and that they are already overbooked for these key 4 weeks. Accordingly SCI need more Lodge letting properties urgently.

CGM encourages Lodge owners to make their Lodges available to SCI if possible for these 4 weeks in 2006. This 4 week period should generate net income per Lodge of approximately €1,500 which owners could put against their management fees of €1,800 plus VAT per Lodge.

CGS will only be servicing Lodge letting where management fees are paid to date.

Cottage Lettings

SCI do not wish to let the Cottage properties and so CGM is now creating a new web site to promote cottage lettings. This site will be launched within 10 days all going well and will be supported with a press advertising campaign.

Further details of the new Cottage letting web site will be advised as soon as possible.
