CGM held an on-site board meeting in Saturday 8th April 2006 to review
the proposed plan to develop a: (1) Spa, (2) Connemara Pony Equestrian
Centre, (3) Childrens' Indoor Play Barn and (4) further holiday homes.
The development plan was approved by the board and will now go before
the shareholders at an EGM on Saturday 6th May 2006 in Athlone. A formal
Notice and Agenda will be posted to all shareholders this week. The board
minutes will be posted to the web site in due course.
While we were on the estate we took the opportunity to take some photographs
to remind you of the treasure that Clifden Glen is and to also show you
progress on the Children's outdoor playground which is currently under
construction. Remember all the following pictures (apart from the pictures
of the town itself) were taken on our own 190 acre estate.
The scenery and the potential for owners and their guests to enjoy them
at Clifden Glen is truly awesome. So, see below ... and enjoy ... our
pictures taken on Saturday 8th April 2006 !
